This month, the Independent and Free Press has organized the Five Ways of Giving Back, which helps raise funds for local organizations. So far, the campaign has raised money to be donated to the Acton and Georgetown legions, the local food banks, teddy bears, which will be donated to the Georgetown Hospital and fire department to give to children, and now a toy drive, donated to the Salvation Army booth in the Georgetown Market Place.
