Despite numerous injuries throughout the campaign, the Mustangs finished with a 12-1-1 league record, outscoring the opposition 36-7 to earn a promotion to the top-level Ontario Youth Soccer League for next season, in which they'll face teams from as far away as Ottawa and Lon- don. Coach David Byrne's side clinched the League Cup crown with a 1-0 victory over the Burling- ton Bayhawks in Stoney Creek. The Georgetown Mustangs won the SRSL under-14 girls' elite division championship as well as the League Cup to cap off an outstanding 2013 season.
