Description
A hunting party gathers in front of Towercliffe House at 9899 Highway #25. Joseph Bate, homeowner, is standing closest to the door holding a gun. His wife Bessie is seated, wearing a black dress, and his oldest daughter Lillie is standing behind her mother, holding the cat. Standing next to Joseph Bates on the landing is Dr. Samuel Webster, a Norval doctor, Esquesing Reeve, Halton Warden and sheriff of Halton County.
