Description
Delrex land development agreement signed with the Town of Georgetown. By the agreement Georgetown received 175 industrial acres and various services and Delrex Developments got a release to build on its total holdings. William Sunnucks, Delrex representative on left and Rex Heslop, President, Bill Hunter, Roy Ballentine, Bill Smith and other councillors join the picture.
