AHS students to perform Sherlock Holmes Sherlock Holmes, by Tim Kelly, is coming to Acton High School next week where there is crime to be solved and villains to thwart. The play's director, Megan Parr, is a Grade 12 student who has been working diligently with the cast since November to bring this 19th century adventure to life. There is a lot at stake as the Prince of Bohemia puts his faith in Sher- lock Holmes to prevent a blackmail scheme that, if successful, will have disastrous consequences. The evil Professor Moriarty (Jor- dan Lenz) has London in the palm of her hand as she prays on the rich and naive; she is unmatched by no one... except for the cunning and confi dent Sherlock Holmes. Profes- sor Moriarty will stop at nothing to ensure the demise of her detective arch nemesis. The show will run from May 1-3 at 7 p.m. Tickets are $10 each and can be purchased at the door. Hol AHS students rehearsed their upcom- ing play, Sherlock Holmes, based on the various plots in the Conan Doyle stories.
