" I would go in on Saturdays and after school to help out". Yvonne's father has since retired and Yvonne continues to run the business, continuing the values taught to her by her dad. Constantly looking for new and unique products, Bergsmas have expanded from the traditional paint and wallpaper store started 45 years ago. In addition to the paint and wallpaper, they offer lighting, furniture, window coverings, and home décor accessories. Bergsma's offer most everything you need to decorate your home, and the service to go with it. "We are currently in transition of changing the name from paint and wallpaper to paint and décor to more accurately reflect our products and services." Bergsma's believes in giving back to the community that helped them grow, and they have been able to do this with team sponsorships, and donations to local auctions and fundraisers. "It's important to give back to the community , it makes Halton Hills an even greater place to work and live". This year marks 45 years in business for Bergsma's, and this Saturday, June 1st, we are celebrating with our annual ONE DAY SALE. "it's our largest sale of the year, and it's our way of saying Thank You." Almost everything is the store will be on sale!!! Stop by on Saturday and see what great new products we are offering ! Wong, who owns Learn Tutorial Service Inc., says she loves connecting with families and tutors, and meeting new families in our community. "From a tutoring perspective, it's very rewarding to work one-on-one with a student and make a difference," said Wong.
