If yard waste is not collected on scheduled collection day, residents are asked to leave it at the curb and it will be picked up in priority sequence. URBAN SETTLEMENT AREAS AND RURAL SUBDIVISIONS Yard waste is collected April to November every other week. Refer to 2014/15 Annual Waste Management Guide for dates or visit www.whendoesitgo.ca. RURAL AREAS Spring yard waste collection days are: Monday, April 28, Monday, May 26 and Monday, June 23. BURN PERMITS For residents burning wood debris, you must live in an approved area and apply for a Burn Permit, in accordance with the Town's By-Law 96-59. The Town of Caledon has planned a series of debris drop-off days at various locations to help residents clean up from the 2013 Ice Storm. • Round up your debris! Trees and branches can be dropped off at the locations listed below, no matter the size. To increase accessibility, residents can drop-off debris at the listed locations approximately one week before the specified dates. Designated drop-off areas will be clearly marked. • For residents able to comeon the specified dates, crewswill be available to help unload debris and mulch it for personal use. • Come together to help clean up! Parents/guardians will be emailed in- structions and a link to the online survey. Parents will be asked about issues related to learning opportunities, communication, school culture and climate. The informa- tion gathered from the survey is used to help schools continue to create positive school climates, to inform annual bullying interven- tion plans, and for parents to have a voice in creating a supportive community at school. Parents may complete the survey from wherever Internet access is available. If parents do not have Internet access, they are asked to discuss alternatives with their child's school. Students and teachers are invited to complete a similar version of the 'Tell Them From Me' survey at school. Participants are never asked for a name or any information that could potentially identity them. Individual responses will be grouped together for analysis.
