Fifteen-year-old Paige Runstedler collected a gold medal, two silver and two bronze in her individual events and was in the top 15 for her freestyle routine. Olivia Denny, a student at Holy Cross Ele- mentary School, had several top-six individual finishes, while teammate Cameron Riel placed in the top five for her all-around event. "This has been in the works for a while and we're excited to be the first to do this in Georgetown," said Large, co-owner of Circafit. There will be one light- weight bout for the World Amateur Muay Thai As- sociation of Canada title, "and that's going to attract a lot of people," said Large. "The arena has a capacity of 1,200 and we're looking at getting 600 to 700 in atten- dance." The guys fighting for the W.A.M.T.A.C lightweight title are Gary Petrie from New Energy Muay Thai and Hashmat Nazari from War- rior Muay Thai.
