The MOECC is considering altering the CPU as requested. An EBR Registry Notice (Number: 013-3110) was posted on Environment Registry of Ontario for a 45-day public review and comment period starting June 14, 2018. Comments to the MOECC should be submitted by July 29, 2018. The posting and the draft amendment to the CPU can be found at www.ebr.gov.on.ca and search the Notices for Registry Number 013-3110.
