The developer is call- ing for the town to permit the hotel to have 95 park- ing spaces when 134 park- ing spaces are required. During a presentation, the town's manager of current planning, Charles McConnell, said the developer submitted a parking study, which was reviewed by staff. He said the study took into account parking uti- lization studies of proxy sites in Oakville, average hotel occupancy across Ontario and future park- ing demand.
