Passed away peacefully at Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital on December 14th, 2018. Lee spent his early years in both Chicago and Red Wing, Minnesota. H e m a j o r e d i n h i s t o r y a t t h e University of Illinois before joining the US army in 1960. After returning to Chicago, Lee moved to New York where he met his wife of 55 years, Patricia (nee Walker). They moved to Montreal in 1966 where they raised their family while Lee worked for CN Rail. Retirement brought them to Oakville where he spent his remaining years. Lee was proud to become a Canadian citizen in 2007. Lee loved to cook, family get- togethers, college football , the Bears and the Cubs. He is survived by his wife Patricia, his brother Daniel, his sons Daniel (Julie), John (Carol), Edward (Sandra), his grandchildren Kate, Sarah, Samantha, Gavin and Danielle. The family would like to thank the s taff a t the ICU of Oakville Trafalgar Hospital for their excellent care. She had many interests inc luding gardening, bowl ing, ceramics, painting, bingo, jigsaw puzzles, playing the organ and piano. She enjoyed the company of many good friends, loved her family with all her heart. Mom will always be "home" to us.
