Family Day weekend is also your last chance to enjoy Winter Sleigh Rides at Mountsberg Conservation Area. This annual winter event encourages families to get outside and tour the Conservation Area's winter wonderland. Sleigh Rides run between 10:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. but Mountsberg's other attractions, including the Discovery Centre and Play Barn are open all day. If getting outside with the family is on your list of things to do, skiing or snowboarding at Kelso is a fun option. Featuring 17 runs and seven lifts it's an enjoyable hill for all levels and is open all Family Day Weekend long. On Saturday, Feb. 16 to catch the Theatreworks USA performance of "Pete the Cat" - a new musical b a s e d o n t h e widely popular "Pete The Cat" series of children's books, which children's books, which will be presented at the Burlington Performing Arts Centre.
