Annual garden tours began in 2000 and have continued to the present time. Garden tours are a time when members, old and new, get a chance to socialize and enjoy the gardens of other members. This was not a competition, but rather an exchange of ideas.
Whether large or small, vegetable or floral, established or a work in progress, it is an opportunity to see a variety of gardens to learn and perhaps be inspired to try something new.
The day culminates in a BBQ held in a member's garden where good food is enjoyed and new friendships forged.
