"We are reaching out to the people in the communities we serve in Halton Hills, Milton and Oakville and inviting them to join the conversation about Pathway 2020 and help us create our vision."   When Halton Healthcare was estab- lished in 1998, the Mission and Vision were clear: revitalize and expand the hospitals to match the growth and aging needs of the communities of Oakville and Milton. This direction grew to include Halton Hills when Georgetown Hospital joined Halton Health- care in 2006.   "The completed Georgetown Hospital project is delivering amazing results. This spring, we will break ground on a signifi- cant expansion of Milton District Hospital. In December we will open the new Oakville Hospital," said Hardenne. "We are develop- ing strategies to leverage these investments in facilities and technology to improve the patient experience. We are reaching out to our patients and their families, our commu- nities and our healthcare partners to hear what they have to say."   There are a number of ways the community can get engaged.  HHS Vice President, Strat- egy, Mark Walton, will be out in the communities of Halton Hills, Milton and Oakville over the next several weeks to ask questions about our hospitals.  "If you see the Halton Healthcare Path- way 2020 logo in your local mall or coffee shop, please take the time to talk to Mark and share your thoughts about the future of healthcare in your community," said Hard- enne HHS is also asking members of its com- munities to offer their feedback by complet- ing a confidential online survey, or by sharing their thoughts via e-mail.  For more details on how you can share your ideas, please visit haltonhealthcare.on.ca/Pathway2020.  Hospital seeks input on new strategy
