The individual was shown some different op- tions and tried on a few pairs of Gucci sunglasses. He then asked if staff could perform an eye test. Police allege that as the employees were preparing the eye exam, the man seized the opportunity to grab seven pairs of sun- glasses and run out of the store. No vehicle was seen. Investigators allege that the same individual is also responsible for a similar theft at another Oakville es- tablishment on Sept. 24. The suspect is described as white, possibly Middle Eastern, 20-25 years old, five-foot-five to five-foot-six,five-foot-five to five-foot-six,f 150 pounds with a slim build. He wore a grey long- sleeved sweater, black shorts, black athletic flip- flops with black socks and aflops with black socks and af Nike Blue Jays baseball cap.
