The list grew by 10 names from 2017 to a total of 66 staff members. The total salaries earned on the Sun- shine List increased by al- most $1.4 million. At the top of the list was; • Brent Marshall, Town of Halton Hills chief adminis- trative officer, who earned $270,636.28 in 2018, a 7.4 per cent increase from the pre- vious year. Halton Hill's commis- sioners topped the list as follows: • John De Hooge, com- missioner and chief of fire services earned $211,437.38; • Chris Mills, commis- sioner of transportation and public works earned $193,855.22; • Jane Diamanti, com- missioner of corporate ser- vices earned $186,247.22; • John Linhardt, com- missioner of planning and sustainability earned $178,493.25; • Warren Harris, com- missioner of recreation and parks earned $178,493.25. Compared to 2017, the eight manager positions made the list. Just under a third of staff that made the list were women. On average, women on the list earned $125,286, men on the list earned an aver- age of $132,729.
