The recipients were: Big Brothers, Georgetown Bread Basket, Food For Kids, Cancer Assistance Halton Hills, TSP Field of Dreams and 676 Lorne Scots Army Cadets. The festival, which has taken place over the past five years, is operated by four Georgetown service clubs - the Lions, Kinsmen, Kiwanis and Rotary. The 2020 instalment of the event will take place at the Trafalgar Sports Park on Sept. 19. LOCAL CHARITIES GET FUNDING BOOST FROM BEER FESTIVAL Representatives from a variety of local charities and the Georgetown Craft Beer Festival gather at Furnace Room Brewery to celebrate the distribution of this year's proceeds. The group is looking for volunteers to help se- niors and physically challenged people with yard cleanup.
