This is the advice Goodfellas General Manager Garry Sinyard offers Oakville residents as the wood-oven pizza chain prepares to open a new location at the Oak- ville Place mall. The restaurant, which is ex- pected to open its doors at some point in August, will feature the same Neapolitan-style wood ov- en pizza, salad and Italian-in- spired dishes that has allowed Goodfellas to succeed in several GTA communities, including Milton and Georgetown. While pizza is not exactly hard to come by in Oakville, Sinyard says it is the quality of the food at Goodfellas that makes all the dif- ference.ference.f "The food quality is amazing. The flavours are absolutely in- credible ... Everything we have gets imported, absolutely every- thing. They are always perfect- ing their product. They really pay attention if someone cri- tiques the product at a store," said Sinyard. "They are not scared to tinker with the menu to improve it." Sinyard said Goodfellas' most popular pizzas include the Ital- ian-mozzarella-sporting Margh- erita and the spicy Diavola, which features Italian sausage and calabrese soppressata.
