Covid 19 - safely Delivering KSM Comfort and Care During Difficult Times As we stay inside to keep our most vulnerable safe, KSM has been learning to adapt in new ways. One of the most critical things for us from the beginning was getting food to people who couldn't access our market anymore. We are currently offering food delivery to seniors, the immunocompromised and anyone who is self-isolating. Currently KSM staff and volunteers deliver to 57 senior households (97 individuals), 31 being in a low income seniors building and 26 individual apartments/homes each week. On top of that, we also drop skids of food off toood off toood of another low income building that serves older adults. The deliveries consist of a weeks' worth of pre-packaged non- perishable food as well as a Choose Fresh box of perishable food for most clients.
