Welcome to the Halton Hills Public Library virtual exhibit celebrating the history of Georgetown’s Francophone community. Although the Francophone community originated in Georgetown, Francophones now live throughout Halton Hills.

The Francophone community can trace its history in Georgetown to three key locations: Notre Dame de Beauregard , Paroisse Sacré-Cœur and L’ École Sacré-Cœur . As you click through the exhibit, you will move through each location, learning about its history as well as its importance to the Georgetown Francophone community. Allons-y!
