QUICK TOMATO, ASPIC. 1 can condensed tomato soup, water, 2 tsps. onion juice, 13; tbsps. granulated gelatine, % cup cold water. Heat tomato soup with an equal amount of water. Add onion juice, Soak gelatine in col water for 5 minutes. Add hot mixture to gelatine and dissolve. Mix thoroughly and pour into oiled or moistened individual moulds or one large mould. Chill in electric refrigerator until set. Yield: 6 servings. SWEDISH PASTRY 1% cup butter, brown sugar, 1 (slightly beaten), 1 cup sift- ed flour, 1 egg white slightly beaten), chopped nuts, rasp- berry jam. Cream butter, add sugar gra- dually, creaming well.
