On top of me the quilts piled high; I hi and cough, and groan igh. an My Si it spins like a ferris 'wheel; With my stomach doing the Dixie reel. The mustard plasters I just dread, They make my skin a fiery red. There's pills and medicine, and vicks-vapo-rub; like a living chemical Yet on top of it all T still can smile; For I know at least that I'm in style. 1 think the above will fully ex- plain the absence of my chatter- . box last week. Not that I feel I need to make excuses, but I had some ask me if I had stopped re- porting Teen Town. My answer is definitely NO! Getting back into circulation on Friday I made my wobbly way to the High School to take in the basketball dance. Like most of the high school dances, it was fairly crowded, and maestro Pete Wat: ters was haying the time of his life making with the music for this crowd. In true tradition the "Watter's Wax Works" gave out, with all the latest popular re- cords, and answered numerous rf quests. The requests were SO heavy in fact that they had to be refused during the latter part of the dance. All in all, it was a very successful evening. Council would like to get more recruits to take part in the Min- strel Show mow in the planning stages. If you are interested please contact any of the coun- cil members. We were glad to hear this week that Milton Teen Town is coming along in fine fashion. The Milton ? group are holding their dances in the Town Hall every Friday night and with the attendance growing every week the future looks bright. 1 have to run and take my hourly allotment of cough medi- cine mow, so Ill put the finishing touches right here. See you Friday? --unless some soap is added. P.S.: Beware the flu bug!
