Police say a suspect smashed the front glass door and then ransacked the business before mak- ing off with an undis- closed amount of money from the cash register. At 8:35 p.m., someone approached the SmartStop Self Storage facility at 480 South Service Rd., W., and cut a lock to gain access to two storage units, police said. The intruder stole a mini-fridge and storage bins from inside. No suspect description is available.
