Jeff, in his 56th year, loved father of Alex (Melodie). Beloved son of Wendy Wilcox and the late Keith Forsyth. Dear brother of Kelly (Shawn Whaling) and proud uncle to James and Katey Whaling. Sadly missed by his partner Jen Harrison. Jeff will be fondly remembered by Alex's mom Lesley, the Lee family, the Wilcox family, the Harrison family, his friends at C.G.I. and by his best pal Beethoven the cat. Also deeply missed and remembered by all of his lifelong friends. Due to Covid restrictions, a private family service was held on Wed- nesday, April 21st at 2:00 p.m. The service was livestreamed and can be viewed on Jeff's memorial page.
