CRIME GUNS PULLED ON DELIVERY DRIVER: POLICE DAVID LEA dlea@metroland.com Halton police are investigating after two people reportedly pointed guns at a delivery driver in Halton Hills on Tuesday, Feb. 22. At 7p.m., the driver had dropped off a package in the area of Fourth Line and Highway 7 and was leaving the area when a someone driving a dark-coloured sedan pulled up be- hind him. Police say this vehicle eventually over- took the delivery van and stopped abruptly in front of it, at which point two men got out of the sedan and pointed guns at the victim. The victim told police that when the sus- pects started walking toward his van, he re- versed and fled the area. e men reportedly got back in their ve- hicle and followed the victim briefly before reaking eir pursuit. The victim was not injured during this incident and nothing was stolen. No suspect descriptions are available other than the driver of the vehicle was wearing a baseball cap and there may have been three or four men in the car.
