TOWN OF Georgetown GO Station/Mill St. Corridor Secondary Plan Steering Committee - Call for Applicants HALTON HILLS The Town of Halton Hills is looking for five volunteers to serve on the Georgetown GO Station Area/Mill Street Corridor Secondary Plan Review Steering Committee. The review will examine best methods of intensification within existing high density and mixed-use areas while protecting the natural heritage and historic low-density neighbourhoods of the plan area. Conducted over approximately two years, the Georgetown GO Station/Mill Street Corridor secondary plan review will be a community-integrated process shaped by input from the public and key stakeholders while considering local plans and priorities. Steering Committee Duties: Provide feedback on deliverables of the review throughout the study; Assist with identifying issues and proposing solutions; Liaise with key community stakeholders to ensure public awareness of the study; Meet as needed, to monitor the progress of the review.
