It takes place in Vaughan, Ont. and uses real-life news stories about the mob in Canada as 83-year-old Oakville native and graduate of Toronto Metropol- itan University's radio and television program. Although the movie is set in Vaughan, the entire film was shot in Oakville and Burling- ton. The movie premiered at Oakville's Film.ca in July. Elliot classifies his film as horror/thriller. “All my prior production ex- perience was geared toward comedy. But I did have a mas- sive interest in true crime and Batman. And that's what this film is: a mystery.
