The inaugural meeting for the new term took place on Monday, November 21st at the John Elliott Theatre and saw a number of dignitaries speak, including an address made by new mayor, Ann Lawlor. During her speech, she thanked out-going mayor Rick Bonnette for his years of political service to the town and also welcomed the councillors that will be representing this new term of council.
