Ambulance barbecue For the last 35 years, members of the Halton Hills Ambulance Service have been providing care to those in the community who needed help. On September 12 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., the service will be hosting an Open House and Barbecue at its Chapel Street, Georgetown base. Members of the community are invited to come and learn more about the service and the work of the Emergency Health Services Branch of the Ministry of Health. ALong with the display will be a silent auction and all proceeds will be used to purchase CPR and paramedic train- ing equipment.
