Note - A Susan Edwards (Hollingshead) wrote that she has a William Albert Hollingshead on her family tree. He was born in Tecumseth Twp., Simcoe Co., ON in 1854 and died in Toronto, ON in 1920.
Note - John M. Bastedo was the father of Lieutenant Alfred Carbert Bastedo (1886-1915) killed in World War I.
