- The school was demolished in 1973 and the Milton Public Library erected on the lot. Caption underneath the photograph reads "Bob Clarke, Meadowbrook Dr., loaned this photo of the grade one class in 1928. In the front row are Art Perry, next three unknown, Roy McDowell, unknown, Chuck Gervais, next two unknown, Chuck Lazenby, ? Bruce, unknown. Second row, Hazel Smith, next four unknown, Cedric Harrop, next three unknown, Ernie Giddings, next two unknown. Third row, Jim Kennedy, Bob Clarke, ? Bowring, Marion Urel, Norma Marcellus, Margaret Dixon, Ken Randell, Marion Sproat, Peggy Giddings, Roy Gray, unknown. The teacher was Miss Smith."
