Yes. the photo must be much newer as the car on the right is for sure late 90's early 2000's.

It was James Edgar Kelley (owner of the Kelley House) -a blacksmith who started the hardware store in 1878. John Kelley was his son. John probably inherited the store. It appears that he sold it to his brother-in-law James McGregor in 1893, the same year that James Edgar Kelley died. John had worked in the store with his father.
