- Photo of the Halton County Junior Farmers after receiving their Canadian Citizenships. In 1946 the Canadian Citizenship Act took effect (see wikipedia entry). The course was arranged by George Atkins, who lived at the current site of the Halton Regional buildings at Bronte Rd. and Highway 25.
