- Cambuskenneth Abbey was an Augustinian monastery, near Stirling, Scotland, that lies in ruins. Nearby is the tomb of King James III, who was buried in 1488.

Founded by David I 1147. Early Scottish Parliaments often met in Abbey. Reformers sacked Abbey. Stone carried off for building purposes. Abbeys of Scot. were very rich. Last Abbots belonged to Erskine family.
