- The Town Hall on Cross Street with the fire brigade out front. Only person identified is Croft Adams (in wide brim hat) holding the halter of one of the horses. Note the horn held by men to the right of the horses, used like a siren to warn of their approach. The hall stood 1877-1968. A hydro transformer occupies part of the corner today.
