- Description
- #161 Main Street south.
The building was erected in c1930. It stands on the land orginally belonging to George Kennedy. Although the property was not formally registered, and no written information dates the structure, the house is estimated to date back to early 1930's and likely resembles the buildings removed from the site of the Cote Terrace Apartments on the adjacent lot. Available information suggests that the lot was owned by the Barber family and later purchased by William Bradley.
Orginal/Past land owners include: George Kennedy, Sarah Barber, J.R. Barber, and W. Bradley. - Notes
