#147 Main Street south.
This house is a new construction on the property built in 1992. The parcel of land originally belonged to George Kennedy and corresponds to part of lot 18 appearing on the 1854 map of Georgetown. However it does not appear as a lot on the plan Kennedy officially registered in 1857. The property changed hands several times before the present building was constructed.
