My greatgrandfather was Jacob Colton brother of Thomas Bethel Colton. This store was owned by Thomas Colton's grandson Gordon Duncan Colton who married Gertrude Lorimer. Gordon Duncan died of pneumonia in 1918.As far as I know Gordon and Gertrude had one son Gordon Bruce Colton.Thomas Bethel Colton was the shoemaker in Bronte Ontario until his death in 1885.I have been doing Colton genealogy for fifteen years and was suprised to see this picture, Thank You Wayne Colton
