years emily easterbrook widow of the late james aldnf paased away on saturday at her home on willow street born in naasagaweya township in decem ber 1863 a daughter of the lato mr and mrs george easterbrook mrs aklns has spent nearly all hor lifo in this district twentyfive years ago she and her late husband came to acton to retire from a busyland successful farm life for a quartor of a cen tury alio has been an esteemed resident and kindly neighbor in this community back in the honte church at ebenexer she was an untiring worker and leader in church actlvltes for many years she was organist in that church coming to acton she has been a faithful member of the united church here- mrs aklns leaves to mourn the loss of a loving and devoted mot her a aon cecil of guelph and one
