has been a change in plana for the collectings of money for less fortunate children around the world on hamoween rather than make the event achool project the com mittee in charge nas decided to place the holloween for unicef project on a voluntary basis child ren who want to participate and who have parental approval will pick up numbered sealed banks after school on halloween or before they start on their costumed way in the evening the names of the children will be carefully recorded members of the commitee and friends will be on patrol to help and advise the par ticipants the banks will be
