hornby wl volunteered to sponsor the picnic and the cerealettes offered to provide a program those at tending from the manor really en joyed jt according to all reports to start the day off the 38 boarded a chartered bus at the manor along with three attendants and took the short drive to hornby as they left the bus each of the guests was greeted by mrs w coulton acting president of the w i and received n lovely flower when the group had assembled beneath the shade of a row of beautiful evergreens on the school lawn they were welcomed to the picnic by mrs coulton who hand ed the program
