air tor 67 yean a treasure chest including four copies of the acton free press de tailing the steps taken leading up to the school building back in 1698 copies of the toronto dally mail the globe and the empire were revealed wednesday of this week when demolition work un covered from the cornerstone at the robert little public school a quart sealer containing historical coins and papers hidden at the bottom of the glass bottle were four coins with tba oldest one a 25 cent piece dat- 4l mntesrcfllill mere a 10 cent place dated 1685 a large ode cent piece dated 1888 and a small five cent piece on the new building and the excavation was completed and stone work started on june u of fte sime year on july 8 1892 the cornerstone was laid during a small ceremony with the school board teachers
