elliott who sang wedding pravcr and at dawning drifting net lace the brides traditional long while gown was fashioned with a sequintrimmed bodice of alcn- eun lace- and a bouffant skirt of drifting while net accented with appliques of luce tiers of lace accented the back fullness se quins trimmed the lace medal lions ate the sweetheart neckline her billowing shoulder length veil of nut was held be no meeting during the month of july the eden mills womens institute mem bers were invited to attend the august picnic which is to be held at the home of mrs i ncsbitt at this meeting graduating pupils will receive their pins presented to them by the members of both institutes mrs e perry and mrs r mar tin conveners for citizenship and education presented an interest ing program two contests were conducted and won by mrs r martin and mrs n r marshall the courtesy convener thanked the hostesses mrs a dunbar and mrs g mcdougal and mrs t thompson for a delightful lunch during which a social half hour was enjoyed high honors in violin exam dorothy anne orourke has just received her marks from the royal conservation of music and wus delighted to find honors again in violin examinations she undertook two grades this vear and is also a gold medal winner at the peel music festival her sister karen has a bronze medal for piano and a silver medal for voice and is also study ing violin its
