published below to acquaint rate payers with details of the school budgets a complete out line of the 1966 general budget appears on page 2 of this issue to the ratepayers of acton council have now struck the mill rate for the year 1966 and it shows an increase for commercial and industrial assessment of 84 mills and an increase on residential and farm assessment of 76 mills we would like to explain this increase to the rate payers in simple terms so that everyone will understand the reasons for the increase the yearlymill rate is set in four parts 1 for town high school board 1965 total
