students and the entire community after a brief discussion of the plun kett report which calls for a complete change in the educa tional system throughout hal- ton the inspector said the depart ment of education is as keenly interested in the report as board members and recognized there might be several problems to be ironed out if the government implements the proposals sub mitted in the ropovt trustee duncan moffat re minded members the students graduating from the school could well be runing the coun try in the future and the board would c doing a great injustice if it didnt provide the best ed ucation possible his comment followed a discussion on the pros and cons of the plunkett report he was also of the opin ion there would be a large school population expansion throughout the
