arrested and lodged at the halton county jail at mil ton two accidents one a hit and run and the other causing per sonal injury occurred inves tigation into the identity of 4he culprit vehicle involved in the hit and run are being pursued while diarges have been laid in the injury accident other traffic activities caus ed a marked increase in our en forcement index as 12 charges and 29 upon either for high rise development or for high traffic volume ex pressways or freeways these children are living in the centre of the metro politan areas and slowly but surely many of them are being stunted in their learn ing growth by their environ ment a holiday on a farm or in a small town with a caring family would work won ders with these children thousand indl even millions of dollars are being spent on centennial projects but only pennies are spent on the important people in our country the youngsters keep them this way fey prodding a holiday with a family during this our cen tennial year barn raising 67 style the caring and doing for others project la something we can all join in we would ask that you join us in pro viding a free holiday for a downtown youngster the person who cares for others gains more than the person he or she helps we have the pleasure of working with these young sters during the entire year at the moment we are busy cleaning up corner lots of junk to make corner play areas we take youngsters on outings when we have the money which is not too of ten as volunteers we would ask that you have a young ster as your guest and we will arrange
