of mr and mrs ted garden over the weekend mr and mrs wilkwllson were at sz mile lake for a couple at days guests of mr and mrs spink mr and mrs ralph thompson are on holidays at a cottage at apsley for the next week mr and mrs bob drysdate are on holidays and will spend some time in ottawa and toronto mr and mrs j klrby are holidaying at colllngwood hold competitive ride through rockwood area the rockwood trail riders held a 25 mile competitive ride recently from the rockies farm up through everted down river to rockwood and through the con servation park to eden mill a lwch atop was held at the farm of mr and mrs ken tuck where several trail tests were executed from there the group rode to tumblewood for more testa then finished at the starting pot nt on the trail as haiards and obstacles were encountered the horses were judged for the way they reacted following the final judging at the finish con testants and guests had steak barbecue during which pres entations were made to the winners the trail riders paid thanks to all who helped make the ride a success particularly landown ers in the area who allowed the use of their property for the ride the winners in the junior di
