where growth and development are rapid he requires proper care if he is to develop pro perly he needs guidance if he is to form the habits of lite which are so important to his physical and meata vegetables particularly does he require milk each day fruit at least once day and green vege tables regularly he should not have tea coffee fried foods pie pickles or rich cakes and puddings he should
