was an anglican deceased was a daughter of the late mr and mrs thos hu of albion township near tullamoie besides her three children alfred u f cecil and ethel mrs roll of hamilton she leaves two brothers mr alfred maw of winnipeg man and mr fred maw on the ojd homestead in albion near tuuamore two other sons willie and walter died in childhood the funeral on tuesday afternoon was conducted by repaid as the subject for de bate was very ably handled by both teams the judges deciding in favor of the representatives of the palermo young peoples- society rev mr nell of hornby will cop- duct the service in the united church on sunday morning june 38th in the evening he wis address the young peoples meeting giving an account of his work amongst the baseball georgetown again snowed tiielr 22nd to deal with protest by the oakville olub ami also postponed games the oakville team protested the game won by george town in oakville two weeks ago on the grounds of incomplete arrant meats which by the way was no fault of the local club but a misunder standing between oakville and the league executive and wtten it was put to a vote of the delegates george town were ordered to play another game with oakville georgetown has 3 postponed games to pavy to catch up with the schedule so they have arranged to play two of them on july 1st they go to oakville to play at 1030 am and move morning discourse was based on the first clause the vua verse of the 24th chantey of oensts and the last part of the uth verse it was a most inspiring and helpful address in the evening his address evening citizens band a large gathering of citizens enjoy ed the splendid program rendered by georgetown citizens band on the lawn of the public library monday evening this musical organization is
