from the mine an order was received from the ontario municipal board permitting the county if neceuary to borrow up to 100 per cent of their estimated receipts for the year until such time a the county levies are paid at the end of the year the permission u necessary as legislation only per mits municipalities to borrow up to to of trclr estimated receipts with out submitting th matter to th
